All of these are resources which I have used or been involved with in some way, and which I wholeheartedly recommend.

‘The Prayer Course’ is an 8-session course based on the Lord’s Prayer, produced by 24-7 Prayer. Simple and accessible, it’s suitable for individual and small group use.

‘One Thing’ is a video prayer school, produced by The Salvation Army, and available to stream or download free.

There are three seasons, each consisting of 6 or 7 individual sessions. Each session has some teaching, some interviews and some interactive sections. It’s designed for use in a small group, but it works for personal study too.

There is also a downloadable study guide to accompany each series.
